Current Project(s)

     I like to dedicate a page on my web site entitled Current Projects. This tends to keep my customers, (former, current and future) informed as to what my latest build is on the Island or the mainland. I enjoy e-mailing my current clients photos of their home as it is being built at the various stages of construction. This allows them to see the ongoing process and progress of their home and additionally any potential views there may be of the ocean or bay if applicable. This process really provides good information to the homeowner and gives them peace of mind especially when they can not be down here for extended periods of time due to various constraints. It also gives real time photos and information as to the status of the build of their home. It also allows the customer and myself to be on the same page and for them to understand exactly what is going on. This adds another dimension to the building process and keeps me in touch with my clients on a daily basis. It also affords them the opportunity to discuss details of the home during the different stages. The likes and dislikes can be discussed enabling changes to be made if needed. I encourage people to stop by my job sites during the various phases of construction as it provides a real education to people, especially if they have no building experience at all. I take pride in pointing out the amount of work, effort and thought that goes into my homes. No shortcuts and only quality material and workmanship. No compromise leads to no excuses. I look forward to meeting anyone at anytime to discuss any building opportunities for future projects. These are photos of my two latest builds that are currently under way. One is located in the North Beach Haven section of Long Beach Twp. bayside between Long Beach Blvd. and Waverly Ave. at  #19 W17th St. The one on W17th St is well under way and water tight for the upcoming winter weather. The other home on E7th St in Beach Haven has just begun as the existing older home that was on the property is in the demolition stage. I will be updating these photos regularly as these homes progress and near completion. As they are finished they will have their own page of interior and exterior photos on this website.
