     This home was completed in the summer of 2011. It is located on a huge lagoon front lot on Nelson Ave. in Beach Haven. The home has a southern exposure with the lagoon located at the rear or north side of the property. This home has commanding views of the extra wide lagoon and although not bayfront it does afford panoramic views of the bay from various locations in the home and from the rooftop deck. This home was designed by Rich Tagland of the architectural firm Studio Tagland Designs #3 W. The ground floor consists of a gourmet kitchen which is ideal for entertaining and equipped to feed a small army. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen of course and there is even a rear screened in porch at the back of the home directly off of the kitchen area with perfect access for outdoor dining during the summer months. There is also a half bath and a laundry room on this floor as well as direct access to an expansive two car garage. The master bedroom and master bath are on the first floor and a large living room with a custom fireplace and mantel. There is only a small front porch on this home as is evident from the accompanying photos. All of the attention to outdoor living and entertainment is focused at the rear of the home due to the expansive rear yard as well as the lagoon with water access.

     The second floor is comprised of four additional bedrooms with two full baths, one half bath and a second laundry room. There is a large family room on this floor and by just taking a few short steps up from this level there is an additional home office or den complete with a built in full wet bar. This is a separate area unto itself that affords privacy and solitude. This room is incorporated in the tower design of the home. There is also a rooftop deck and an elevator that accesses all floors of the home.

     Another bonus of this home is a private guest suite or area with its own full bath which is located in its own area over the garages on the second floor. There are two sets of staircases from the first to second floor areas of the home. At the rear of the home there are two additional detached buildings that can be used for storage, entertaining or as a future pool house.
