There are also several decks on the home in addition to the roof top deck. Building lots with many of the older homes at times are either small, irregular in size or non-conforming. This means new home construction plans really need to be adjusted accordingly to maximize the potential of not only the building lot but also the footprint of the home itself due to zoning, adjacent structure issues and set back requirements.
