Dear Bob,
Thanks again for building our most recent project, 210 Taylor Avenue, in Beach Haven. As expected, and you have proven to us time and time again, your work and project management is impeccable. As Desiree and I have stated to you over the last five years you have been building custom homes for us, on time and on budget is extremely important. This has become common place for you and we find your insight and creativity to be the most helpful. Your knowledge of “what works” and “what may not work” is invaluable.
Lastly, building custom homes can be extremely stressful as there are countless decisions to make. Your experience and professionalism made this project run smoother than any of the dozen or so we’ve completed. If you ever need a reference please feel free to provide our numbers.
