This home has now been completed. It is very spacious with an open and flowing floor plan. The home is located on an ocean block in Beach Haven with a southern exposure and is additionally on a corner lot. As you will see from the photographs on this page the home was designed to take advantage of ocean views and ocean breezes. This home was designed by Rich Tagland of Studio Tagland Designs, #3 W Delaware Terrace Beach Haven Terrace, NJ 08008. They can be reached at (609) 361-8128 or visit their web site at studiotagland.com. Many windows were incorporated into this home to fill it with natural light and spacious exterior decks were included as well. The home is a reverse living design with the master bedroom and bath sharing the top floor with the main living room, kitchen, dining area, a small office/den and a half bath. The kitchen incorporates top of the line stainless steel Viking appliances including a six burner stove with a custom exhaust vent, a built in wine cooler, a mini under counter refrigerator for additional beverages and a high output icemaker. A three stop elevator gives access to the entire home. The roof top deck gives panoramic views of Beach Haven, large expanses of the island, the bay and of course the ocean. The home is approximately 3300 square feet and consists of six bedrooms, three with their own private baths. There is an additional full bath and two more half baths. The home is completely smart wired for all the latest technology concerning heating and cooling control as well as HDTV, stereo and computers. The first floor has a family room with a full wet bar. The ceiling is a tray type ceiling with concealed L.E.D. lighting, extensive molding, additional recessed lighting and paddle fans. There is hardwood flooring with inlay throughout as well as custom tiling in all baths and the kitchen. The house is very energy efficient and was built as maintenance free as possible. The exterior is complemented with a cultured stone on the lower portions of the home. It has two a two car garage with paver driveway and walkways. The exterior nightscape lighting, landscaping, pavers and irrigation systems were installed by Jayson Weissenburger of Green Thumb Gardens.
