The Cottage

     This home is designed for an undersized or non-conforming lot. The floor plan is very open and spacious. There has been a lot of interest in this home due to the fact that it fits in with many of the older style homes in the area and on the Island in general. It is not a big box like some of the newer style homes that have been built in recent years nor does it have a "contemporary" look to it. This home has a lot of charm and character to it. Most people believe this particular home has a real "Island or Beach" look and feel to it. There is a large garage on the ground floor with plenty of room for additional storage or a work area. The first floor has a master bedroom and bath, a half bath, laundry area, kitchen with center isle, dining area and living room with fireplace. There are also several outside decks on this floor. The second floor has a family room or TV room, full bath, two bedrooms and a junior master bedroom with a full bath. There are decks at this level as well and also a roof top deck.
