The "Pearl" is one of the homes I had recently completed at the end of the 2010 summer. It was impeccably designed by the architectural firm of Lomer and Meggitt, #8 S. This home is currently being used as primarily a summer vacation residence. The owners thoroughly enjoy the off season there as well. The home is built to exacting standards and could easily be a year round home. This design was incorporated to make the best use of a smaller lot size. The home uses every available inch of ground space and is loaded with numerous features and detail. The landscaping design incorporates extensive  pavers, fencing, an irrigation system and outside grilling area (natural gas) with granite. There is even a natural gas chimichanga.
